So how does all this work?

What a great question! Let's breifly go over the process right now, starting with step 1.

Step 2 : Talk to us! Don't be shy - send us an email (our address) , a message , or call us at 877-699-1799. To begin the process and get your products online click to our request an estimate or consultation area. We will contact you as soon as possible to begin the process.

Step 3 : Accept contract, deliver site-build deposit. Also required is your payment gateway(s) information and a DNS record modification that either has your domain running through our DNS service or the correct A-Record will need to point to our servers (don't worry about these details, Interzone knows DNS!). With the contract signed, Interzone will deliver an intial site map and series of questions and requests for information to get things moving faster.

Step 4 : Complete our design and build process. We turn sites live in 90 dyas or less. Visit this area to learn some valuable tips and truths on building a website. We follow a 5 step build process. Each step MUST be complete before the next step can be started. The steps are:

• Site and content mapping. The sitemap lays out the navigation of the site. Navigation includes the order process and E-Commerce needs for your site. From the sitemap we outline the content delivery needs.
• Site comparisons are delivered with any story boards showing behavior and other technical examples that require client approval.
• Site is built. This is when the team goes into the cave for a while and connects to your payment gateway, builds interfaces and customizes our system for your site.
• Review. As we approach site completion we begin open review with the client. This review fixes bugs, errors, and creates a list of final tasks we need to tackle in order to go live.
• Go Live! We flip the switch!

Step 5 : Begin monthly reporting, activation of the service level agreement, and the cooperative atmosphere necessary to sell more product! We have kicked thousands of sites live over the years.
